Resolution approving the Nevada County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Annual Update to the Three Year Program and Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Year 2015/16 and Annual Progress Report for Fiscal Year 2013/14, with estimated Program expenditures under the County’s MHSA in the amount of $5,481,500 for Fiscal Year 2014/15, $5,106,500 for Fiscal Year 2015/16, and $5,165,000 for Fiscal Year 2016/17, and authorizing the Nevada County Behavioral Health Director to sign and certify the MHSA County Compliance Certification, and the Auditor-Controller, or designee, to sign and certify the MHSA County Fiscal Accountability Certification.
