Resolution approving renewal Agreement 15-11066 between the County of Nevada and California Department of Public Health, Office of AIDS (CDPH/OA), pertaining to funding the HIV Care Program (HCP) Core Medical and Support Services and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) Outreach and Treatment Services, in the maximum amount of $133,959, for the period April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2019, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Agreement.
