Resolution approving Amendment A1 to Agreement No. 21-10099, known as the County Mental Health Services Performance Contract, between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Health Care Services for the provision of mental health program services (Res. 21-321), extending the term of the agreement one year to the new term July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2025, and retroactively authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to execute the amendment.
