Legislative Title: Public hearing to consider adoption of the Truckee Fire Protection District Nexus Study and Capital and Mitigation Fee Program Update. The proposed Fire Impact Fee Program Update is based on Truckee Fire Protection District’s Capital Improvement Plan and Fire Impact Fee Nexus Study Update that were approved by the District’s Board of Directors on November 16, 2021, by Resolution No. 17-2021. The updated fee program includes an increase in the mitigation fees and an automatic annual inflationary adjustment.
