Resolution approving a renewal agreement between the County of Nevada and California State Association of Counties-Excess Insurance Authority (CSAC-EIA) Dental Program through Delta Dental of California, as per Resolution 11-488, setting the administrative fee payable to CSAC-EIA for administration of the plan at 7.20% of claims and $1.85 per employee per month, for the period January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
