Resolution approving a renewal agreement between the County of Nevada and Sonoma County Juvenile Hall to house youth from Nevada County who have been realigned from the State Division of Juvenile Justice under SB92 and SB823 to serve their sentences in local secure youth treatment facilities instead of state institutions, for the period of September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2026, in an estimated amount not to exceed $56,500 annually, and authorizing the Chair of the Board to execute the agreement.
