Resolution accepting the State of California, Secretary of State's Help America Vote Act (HAVA) award, administered by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), "for activities to improve the administration of elections for federal office, including to enhance election technology and make election security improvements as authorized under sections 101, 103, 104 of HAVA," and authorizing the Nevada County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters to execute Standard Agreement #25G27129 in the amount of $8,324.38.
