Resolution approving a renewal Memorandum of Understanding between the Nevada County District Attorney’s Office and the Health and Human Services Agency Department of Social Services for the District Attorney to receive revenue from Social Services for services related to Welfare Fraud Control, in the maximum amount of $25,000 for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2024/25 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the MOU.
