Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Child Advocates of Nevada County for the provision of Healthy Families America home visiting program services as a component of the County’s implementation of the California Home Visiting Program (Res. 22-543), increasing the maximum contract price from $660,921 to $794,412, revising Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services to reflect additional services directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic and Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price, for October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
