Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Nationwide Retirement Solutions, Inc., for third-party record keeping, administration, education, and investment services for the Nevada County 457(B) Deferred Compensation Plan and the Nevada County 401(A) Plan, extending the term of the agreement by two years with a termination date of December 31, 2027, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
