Resolution approving a service contract between the County of Nevada and Workday, Inc. for the software license, support, and maintenance for financial and human resource needs of local government, for an initial term of ten years with an option to renew for an additional five-year term, for the period September 27, 2024, through September 26, 2034, for an amount not to exceed $3,953,132, authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute change orders in the amount not to exceed 10% of the contract total, and authorizing the Chief Information Officer to execute the contract.
