Resolution accepting the California Office Of Emergency Services Grant Award VV24022601 for the Nevada County District Attorney’s Office for the Violence Against Women Vertical Prosecution Program in the amount of $202,545 for the period of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, authorizing the District Attorney, or their assignee, to execute the grant agreement and all additional documents to fulfill the grant requirements, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2024/25 budget.
