Resolution approving the award agreement between the County of Nevada and Gold Country Trails Council, in the amount of $55,000 for the Hoof Trail Project and $5,500 for administrative costs from the AB 1600 Nevada City Benefit Zone Recreation Mitigation Funds, for the term of August 25, 2026, through June 30, 2028, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the award agreement, and authorizing the Auditor Controller to amend the fiscal year 2026/27 Nevada City Benefit Zone Recreation Mitigation Funds budget.
