Resolution approving an agreement between the County of Nevada and Sonoma County Juvenile Hall to house youth from Nevada County who have been realigned from the State Division of Juvenile Justice under SB92 and SB823 to serve their sentences in local secure youth treatment facilities instead of state institutions, effective upon execution of the agreement through August 31, 2024, in an estimated amount not to exceed $150,000, authorizing the Chair of the Board to execute the Agreement, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2021/22 budget.
