Resolution approving execution of a renewal contract with GHC of Auburn, LLC dba Siena Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, for mental health services including the provision of 24-hour skilled nursing services and special treatment programs for chronic mentally ill clients, in the maximum amount of $450,000, for the contract term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
