Resolution approving a services contract between Nevada County Behavioral Health and EVALCORP to assist in the Community Planning Process for the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Integrated Plan, compile data, assist with the completion of the Three-Year Integrated Plan, and advise on the development of a Request for Proposal process for BHSA funding distribution to contracted providers for the contract term of July 17, 2025, through June 30, 2026, in the maximum amount of $132,700, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2025/26 Behavioral Health budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
