Resolution approving a Standard Public Works Contract between the County of Nevada and C&D Contractors Inc., for the Deer Creek Behavioral Health Center Utility Improvement Project, in the amount of $143,040 plus a contingency amount of $14,304, for a total contract amount of $157,344, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2025/26 Facilities budget.
