Resolution accepting the California Office of Emergency Services grant award No. FJ25022602, for the Family Justice Center Program, in an amount of $312,500, for a performance period of April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2028, contingent upon the adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, authorizing the District Attorney, or their designee(s), to execute all required grant documents, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the District Attorney’s fiscal year 2025/26 budget.
