Resolution authorizing submission of the 2022/2023 Home Investment Partnerships Program application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development for funding in the amount not to exceed $12,200,000; and if awarded, the execution of a standard agreement, any amendments thereto, and other related documents necessary to participate and comply with in the home investment partnerships program.
