Resolution approving the renewal of Nevada County’s Children’s Medical Services Plan, which includes the Child Health and Disability Prevention Program/Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, and Health Care Program for Children in Foster Care, for Fiscal Year 2023/24, providing state and federal funding in the projected amount of $389,283, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Plan Certifications.
