Resolution approving Contract no. IGT-23-0029 between the County of Nevada and the Department of Health Care Services that pertains to the Rate Range Intergovernmental Transfer: an agreement whereby Nevada County retroactively receives federal financial participation Medi-Cal funds to cover unreimbursed costs for previously provided mandated services, for the service period of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
