Resolution approving Amendment No.1 to the standard public works contract between the County of Nevada and REM Construction, Inc. for the Brunswick Commons Resource Center Project at 1105 Sutton Way, Grass Valley CA in the amount of $220,000 plus additional contingency of $79,423, for a new contract maximum amount of $1,804,727, extending the Contract term until August 30, 2025, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment, authorizing and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Housing and Community Services Division's Budget for fiscal year 2024/25.
