Legislative Title: Resolution approving execution of Amendment No. 2 to the renewal contract between the County of Nevada and the Nevada County Housing Development Corporation for services related to community-based housing projects and specialized housing programs for residents with mental health disabilities, increasing the maximum contract price from $1,989,132 to $2,041,679 (an increase of $52,547), revising Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services to reflect changes to the scope and revise Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price for the term of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Behavioral Health Department’s budget for fiscal year 2025/26, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
