Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools (Res. 23-294) funded by the Mental Health Student Services Act to increase the maximum contract price from $1,018,827 to $1,190,715 rolling over unspent funds to Grant Year 3 (2023/2024), amending Exhibit A to reflect a provision of one on one support to students and their families outside of school hours, amending Exhibit “B” Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price, for the contract term of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Behavioral Health Department’s budget for fiscal year 2023/24.
