Resolution approving a contract between County of Nevada and Zero Foodprint to meet 2024 SB1383 procurement targets (1,972.8 tons compost) for an amount not-to-exceed $76,947, for the period of March 12, 2024, to December 31, 2024, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2023/24 Public Works budget.
