Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, County Counsel is requesting a closed session regarding real property negotiations. The negotiator for the County is Patrick Eidman, Assistant County Executive Officer. The item under negotiation concerns the price, terms of payment, and the property interest to be obtained for the property located at 13120 Loma Rica Drive, Grass Valley, CA 95949 (APN: 006-380-011). The negotiator for the property will be Chris Feutrier, Forest Supervisor, Tahoe National Forest, and Amber Waters, Deputy Forest Supervisor, Tahoe National Forest.
