Resolution approving execution of Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. for Institutions for Mental Disease services including the provision of 24-hour skilled nursing services and special treatment programs for chronic mentally ill clients as well as transitional home program services (Res. 24-265), amending Exhibit “C” Insurance Requirements to reflect updated language for the contract term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in the maximum amount of $200,000, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
