Resolution approving an increase to Purchasing Agent Contract No. PEST4059 between the County of Nevada and St. Francis Electric, LLC for traffic signal maintenance and repairs, in a revised amount not to exceed $94,820, for Fiscal Year 2025/26, and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to encumber the contract, execute any required documents, and execute change orders up to 10% of the revised amount or $50,000, whichever is less in accordance with Purchasing Policy section 7.3d. (Dist. III)
