Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Health and Human Services Agency - Department of Social Services and the Nevada-Sierra Connecting Point Public Authority for reimbursement of the Career Pathways Program, in the maximum amount of $309,870, for the period October 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023, and authorizing the Director of Nevada County Social Services to execute the MOU.
