Resolution authorizing the submittal of an application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development for funding under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, in the amount of $1,000,000, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to sign and submit the application, and designating the Director of the Nevada County Health and Human Services Agency to act in all matters pertaining to the application.
