Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and the California Product Stewardship Council in an amount not to exceed $100,000 to expand and/or enhance Household Hazardous Waste collection programs in Nevada County, for the period January 11, 2022 through September 30, 2024, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2021/22 Solid Waste Administration budget.
