Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Nevada and Partnership Health Plan of California for coordination of care with the Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System of Nevada County Behavioral Health, effective as of the date of execution and which will automatically renew at 1-year intervals until either party terminates the agreement, and authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to execute the MOU.
