Resolution approving acceptance of additional Behavioral Health Bridge Housing funds and execution of Modification #1 to the subcontract agreement with Advocates for Human Potential, Inc. on behalf of the California Department of Health Care Services, in the maximum amount of $9,392,984 (an increase of $2,791,170), for the contract term of June 23, 2023, through June 30, 2027, authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to execute the agreement, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2025/26 Behavioral Health budget.
