Resolution authorizing execution of Agreement No. 24-0516-000-SG, between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Food and Agriculture to reimburse the Nevada County Department of Agriculture for work performed in high-risk pest exclusion inspections and enforcement activities, for a total contract amount not to exceed $34,685, for the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
