Resolution approving the Medi-Cal County Inmate Program Agreement between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) for the provision of services to inmates in County incarceration facilities and inpatient treatment facilities, with administrative costs to be paid by Nevada County to DHCS in an estimated amount of $8,468.06 per Fiscal Year, for Fiscal Years 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
