Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Paratransit Services for the management and operation of Specialized Paratransit services in western Nevada County, with a base term of five years commencing October 1, 2022 and terminating June 30, 2027, with a maximum obligation in the amount of $9,479,802, approving the option to renew the contract for up to two additional two-year terms, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Transit budget.
