Resolution authorizing execution of a contract with FAMILIESFIRST, Inc., dba EMQ FamiliesFirst (EMQ) to provide mental health services to youthful offenders, in a maximum contract amount not to exceed $150,000, for the period March 22, 2016 through June 30, 2017, and directing the Auditor-Controller to encumber $50,000 for Fiscal Year 2015/16.
