Resolution approving the award agreement between the County of Nevada and the City of Nevada City, in the amount of $90,986 for the North Pine Pocket Park Project and $9,098.60, for administrative costs amount from the AB 1600 Nevada City Benefit Zone Recreation Mitigation Funds, for the term August 25, 2026, through June 30, 2028, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the award agreement, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2026/27 Nevada City Recreation Mitigation Fund budget.
