Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract approved through Resolution 25-409, between the County of Nevada and DKS Associates, for the Design of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at Multiple Facilities, extending the termination date of the contract to December 31, 2026, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment, and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute future changes or amendments per Purchasing Policy section 7.3(e).
