Resolution approving the interagency agreement between the Nevada County Public Health Department and the Nevada County Office of Education for the use of Alcohol Education Program Funds to support the countywide implementation and provision of alcohol use prevention and youth development programs throughout Nevada County school districts and charter schools, in the amount of $25,000 for each county fiscal year, for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, contingent upon the adoption of the fiscal year 2024/25 budget, and authorizing the Public Health Director to execute the interagency agreement.
