Resolution approving a renewal agreement between the County of Nevada and the County of Sierra for the provision of booking and jail services for Sierra County inmates at the Nevada County Jail, with a reimbursement rate of $136 per detainee per day, for the period July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023 allowing for two additional one-year renewals, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
