Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and SCRAM of California, Inc., for continuous alcohol monitoring and electronic monitoring, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, in the maximum amount of $60,000, for the contract period of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
