Resolution authorizing an application to the Homekey+ program in a total amount not to exceed $4,800,000, authorizing participation in the HOMEKEY+ program, and authorizing the Health and Human Services Agency Director, or designee, to execute the Homekey+ documents for the projects located in Grass Valley at 12875 Rattlesnake Road, 11855 Slow Poke Lane, and 13668 Auburn Road.
