Resolution approving plans and specifications for the construction of underground utility infrastructure for the development of the Nevada County Psychiatric Health Facility, located at 935 Maidu Avenue, Nevada City, California, approving the bid documents, authorizing the County Purchasing Agent to solicit bids, authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute a Contract with the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, and to execute any additional documents required for the project, in an amount not to exceed the engineer’s estimate of $187,500, plus a 10% contingency, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Behavioral Health Department’s budget for fiscal year 2025/26.
