Resolution authorizing the Nevada County Sheriff to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the California State Sheriffs' Association to provide Victim Information Notification Everyday (VINE) services as previously authorized (Resolutions 08-331, 10-236, and 16-010), pertaining to monitoring the custody status of offenders in California's county jails, and authorizing the continuation of VINE program operations free of charge in Nevada County.
