Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for the provision of behavioral and mental health services in Nevada County elementary schools, middle schools, and a charter school as funded by the Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA), in the maximum amount of $1,018,827, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
