Resolution authorizing an agreement between the County of Nevada and Teleosoft, Inc. for licensed software maintenance of a web-based system for the processing, tracking, accounting, and noticing of Civil Service Process conducted by Sheriff’s Office personnel for a period of four years beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2028, at a maximum not to exceed amount of $67,287, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
