Resolution awarding and approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Construction Materials Engineers, Inc., for on-call material testing and inspection services for various projects, in an amount not to exceed $40,000, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
