Resolution approving an amendment to the agreement between the County of Nevada and the County of Amador for housing of Amador County inmates at Nevada County's Wayne Brown Correctional Facility (Res. 16-375), with payment to Nevada County in the amount of $70 per inmate/per day, extending the term of the agreement for the period of one year beginning on the date of the final signature of the Parties, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
