Resolution approving execution of Amendment No. 1 to the contract with Recover Medical Group P.C., to provide Outpatient Services, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Recovery Services, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Services, and Treatment through the Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission Grant funded MAT Pilot for Medi-Cal members, for the recovery and treatment of substance use disorders, to increase the maximum contract price from $553,188 to $672,043 (an increase of $118,855), revise Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services, to reflect the addition of a youth focused substance use disorder counselor, revise Exhibit “B”, Schedule of Charges and Payments, to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment on behalf of the County of Nevada, and authorizing and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Behavioral Health Departmen...
